Jaclyn Rumler is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist at The Wendy's Company since November 2019, Jaclyn has also held positions as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and Field Recruiter within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Field Recruiter at Sherwin-Williams from August 2018 to November 2019 and at JOANN Stores from November 2016 to August 2018. Jaclyn started a career in human resources as an intern at the WAVE Foundation - Newport Aquarium in 2016. Educationally, Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership/Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati, earned in 2016.
