Lindsay Schoeppner-Howard has extensive experience in retail management and operations, currently serving as Production Scheduler and overseeing multiple locations at Wendell August Forge since July 2018. Responsibilities include training associates, managing facility and inventory issues, driving sales through service standards, and coordinating payroll and recruitment processes. Previous roles include Co Manager at Forever 21, where training and loss prevention were key focuses, and Business Operations Manager at Old Navy, where operational efficiency and talent development were prioritized. Lindsay also has a foundation in facility operations from an internship at Kent State Field House and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Administration from Kent State University.
