Adam Small is an experienced food industry professional with a robust background in sales and product development across various sectors. Currently serving as Midwest Region Sales Manager at Wenda Ingredients since September 2019, Adam manages sales of food ingredients for the meat, beverage, and pharma industries while collaborating with global teams to launch new product lines. Previous roles include Business Development Scientist at Hydro-Thermal Corporation and Food Scientist at Snyder's-Lance, Inc., where Adam led the development of multiple snack products. With a strong foundation in bakery products from positions at Kronos Foods Inc. and culinary technology at Butter Buds Food Ingredients, Adam's expertise spans formulation, processing, and commercialization of diverse food products. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech and a Master's in Grain/Food Science from Kansas State University.
