Kirby Phillips is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and finance, currently serving as Director of Operations at Wenco International Mining Systems since April 2014. Prior roles at Wenco include Operations Manager for Procurement and Inventory, as well as Regional Assistant Controller and HR Advisor. Prior to this, Kirby worked as an Accountant at Automated Positioning Systems from December 2008 to April 2014. In terms of education, Kirby is pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Swinburne University of Technology, expected to complete in November 2026, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the same institution.
