Eléa Boan has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Eléa began their career as a Conseillère de Vente at Robinson Les Bains, followed by an Assistante Communication/Marketing role at Champagne Charles Legend. In 2016, they worked as an Assistante Marketing et Communication at both Valeo and Champagne Joseph Perrier. In 2020, they worked as an eRP Attachée de Presse Digitale at the bureau de presse Pascale Venot and as a Manager d’influenceurs grand public at Shauna Events, where they managed 30 talents in the realization of influence campaigns and partnerships with brands. In 2021, they began working as an Influence Manager at WeMoms.

Eléa Boan's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Marketing du luxe from EIML Paris, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016, and a Master 2 (M2) in Commerce international from ISTEC - Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de Marketing, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018.
