Zahra Hussain has extensive experience in operations and customer engagement, currently serving as Assistant Manager of Operations and Assistant Manager of Customer Engagement at WeMakeScholars since November 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing operational workflows and enhancing customer interactions. Previously, Zahra worked as a Junior Content Manager at WeMakeScholars and completed an internship at Jocata in 2017. Zahra's educational background includes a Master of Commerce in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business, both obtained from St. Francis College for Women between 2013 and 2018.
