Erica Hester has extensive experience in social work and youth assistance, currently serving as a ondersteuning statushouders at Stichting Welzijn Westerwolde since November 2016, and as a jongerenwerker at the same organization since October 2001. Additionally, Erica works as a kindhulpverlener at Het Oude Ambt and functions as an intern trainer in aggression and violence prevention for RADAR. Past roles include projectmedewerker tieneropvang at Kinderopvang Oost Groningen and medewerker groepsopvang at COA. Erica's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in HBO SPH obtained from 1995 to 1999, a diploma in Agogisch-Cultureel werk from MBO Oost Groningen from 1992 to 1995, and a Mavo diploma from Maarten Luther from 1987 to 1991. Training in aggression prevention management was completed in 2012.
