Lucie Jones has over two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, primarily with Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust since July 2004, where Lucie currently serves as the Head of Patient Safety, Concerns & Learning after advancing through various roles including Deputy Head of Patient Safety, Patient Safety Manager, and Paramedic. Prior to this, Lucie worked at Lloyds Bank as a Business Analyst from October 1998 to May 2004 and in Customer Service at HSBC from October 1996 to September 1998. Lucie holds a Bachelor of Science in Acute & Critical Care from the University of South Wales and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Professional Practice at the same institution.
