Manuel Rupp has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 as a Mitarbeiter im Prüfwesen at MK Kreuter Elektronik GmbH. From 2002 to 2008, they worked at Friedrich Kurz GmbH as an Assistent der Geschäftsleitung / Leiter IT and later as a Werkstudent. In 2004, they co-founded their own company, Computer Panz und Rupp, where they served as the Geschäftsführender Gesellschafter until 2010. Manuel then worked as a Prokurist at Friedrich Kurz GmbH & Co. KG from 2010 to 2018. In 2012, they became the Geschäftsführer at Friedrich Kurz GmbH and held this role until 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they were the CEO of ANCLA LOGISTIK GMBH. Currently, since September 2019, they are the CEO und Founder of weLOG GmbH. Additionally, from 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Dozent at THM Business school.

Manuel Rupp pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Mittelstandsmanagement at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen from 2002 to 2005.
