Igor Varnai has extensive work experience in the language services industry. Igor currently holds the position of Quality Lead at Welocalize, where they have been working since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Language Quality Manager at Welocalize starting in January 2021.

Before joining Welocalize, Igor worked at Lionbridge for a significant portion of their career. Igor held various roles at Lionbridge, including Global Language Quality Manager from January 2018 to January 2021, Language Quality Manager from June 2016 to December 2017, Sr. Language Lead from April 2010 to June 2016, Language Lead from July 2007 to September 2010, and Linguist from August 2006 to July 2007.

Prior to their roles at Lionbridge, Igor worked as an IT Consultant at DUVOKS from 2001 to 2003 and as a Network Administrator at MANET a.s. from 2000 to 2003.

Igor Varnai attended Hlinska High School from 1994 to 1998. Igor did not obtain a degree or pursue any specific field of study during this time. In 2005, they obtained a certification in the General State English Language Proficiency Examination from Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra.
