Joel Chatelier is an experienced educator and mental health professional currently serving as an Educator at SANE since April 2023. With a longstanding commitment to mental health, Joel has worked at Wellways Australia since April 2016 in various roles including Community and Peer Education/Support Worker and Peer Service Navigator within local mental health services. Previous experience includes consultancy at EACH and contributions to mental health initiatives at Swinburne University of Technology, where Joel was involved in the development of SMART resources. Additionally, Joel has a background in the hairdressing industry, holding positions at Quattro and Linea Hair Salon & Day Spa. Educational qualifications comprise a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work from Swinburne University of Technology and a Certificate III in Hair from Headmasters School of Hair Design.
