Michele Langenberg has extensive experience in the asset management field. Michele began their career in 1998 as a Commercial Mortgage Underwriting intern at Principal Financial Group. Michele then worked as a Financial Analyst at CB Richard Ellis Investors, LLC before joining KBS Realty Advisors as a Real Estate Analyst in 2004. In 2005, Michele joined TIER REIT as a VP of Asset Management & Sustainability, where they contributed to the development of policies, procedures, and reporting guidelines. Michele stayed with TIER REIT until 2019. Afterward, they joined Provident Realty Advisors as a Managing Director of Asset Management, where they oversaw multi-family, mixed-use, and office assets. In 2020, Michele moved to White Oak Healthcare Finance, LLC as a Vice President of Asset Management. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Asset Management at Welltowerâ„¢ Inc. (NYSE:WELL), starting from 2023.

Michele Langenberg completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business from 1995 to 1999. Michele then pursued their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Sustainability and Design, specializing in Sustainability Studies, at Southern Methodist University from 2008 to 2019.
