Eric Swartz is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in managing accounting and reporting systems. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Welltowerâ„¢ Inc. since July 2013, Eric has held various leadership positions including Manager and Internal Audit Manager. Prior to joining Welltowerâ„¢, Eric worked at Ernst & Young as an Audit Senior from September 2009 to July 2013 and started their career as an intern at Smitley CPA Services. Eric holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Defiance College.
