Chelsa Harper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and program management within the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Welltowerâ„¢ Inc. since January 2023, Chelsa previously held various roles at Vacasa from November 2017 to January 2023, including Senior Program Manager for the Finance & Accounting Team and multiple positions focusing on operational excellence and product management. Chelsa's career began at Cambridge Real Estate Services, where key roles included Project Manager and On-Site Property Manager. Chelsa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Concordia University-Portland, and also studied at Southern Oregon University.
