Kirsten Donoghue is a seasoned professional with a robust background in client success and community engagement. Currently serving as a Client Success Manager at Wellthy since 2020, Kirsten ensures an exceptional experience for client partners while previously managing complex health needs as a Care Coordinator II. Prior experience includes leading a team of Local Advocates as the Regional Advocate Manager at Graduation Alliance and contributing to economic development initiatives as a Fellow with the Detroit Revitalization Fellows at Wayne State University. Kirsten also has a history of community organizing at The Noble Network of Charter Schools and program direction for youth activities at Bay View Association. Early career experience includes coordinating community development projects for the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. Kirsten holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
