Kenya Moore has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kenya'smost recent position is with Wellthy, where they are a member of the Services Care Team since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Crisis Counselor at the NYS Office of Mental Health from December 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they served as a Training Specialist at Care Design New York from August 2018 to March 2020. From June 2016 to August 2018, Kenya was a Medicaid Service Coordinator at CDPHP. Kenya also worked at SchenectadyARC, starting as a Direct Support Professional from February 2008 to June 2014, then becoming an Employment Specialist from June 2014 to October 2015. Kenya'sfinal role at SchenectadyARC was as an Employment Support Supervisor, which they held until 2018.

Kenya Moore pursued their higher education at the University at Albany, SUNY from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they studied Psychology and Sociology, ultimately earning a degree in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended Schenectady County Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree. Kenya'sfield of study at the community college was Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences.
