Duncan Wallace

Production Supervisor at Wellstream

Duncan Wallace has an extensive background in production and manufacturing, with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Wellstream since January 1998, Duncan is responsible for employee health and safety, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring that safety procedures are regularly updated and followed. Prior to this role, Duncan worked as an Operator and Team Lead at Cookson Associated Lead Manufacturing from June 1984 to November 1997, refining scrap lead to meet BS1178 quality standards. Duncan's career began as a Steel Manufacturing Process Apprentice at Spartan Redhaugh Iron and Steel from June 1982 to June 1984, where an understanding of steel rolling techniques and processing was developed. Educational qualifications include certificates in Work-based Studies and Organizational Leadership from the University of Teeside and the University of Sunderland, respectively, as well as a secondary education from Dunston Comprehensive.
