Claire Chappell is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as the Regional HR Business Partner at Wellspring Academy Trust since July 2018, Claire previously held the position of Head of HR at the same organization. Prior to that, Claire worked at Barnsley MBC from July 2006 to August 2016 as an HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included providing advice on HR issues for various primary and secondary schools and small private enterprises. Claire holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Leeds and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management and Services from Dearne Valley Business School.
