Joanna Hjelmér is a Laboratory Engineer at Wellspect HealthCare since May 2023, bringing a solid background in laboratory work and research. Previously, Joanna served as a Deputy Research Engineer at Institutionen för biologi och miljövetenskap, Göteborgs universitet, where responsibilities included HPLC analysis and technical support. Joanna has experience as a stay-at-home parent from June 2016 to October 2022, demonstrating strong people and time management skills. Prior to this, Joanna worked as a post-doctoral researcher at both Stockholm University and the Max Planck Institute for Marine Microbiology, with a PhD obtained from the Max Planck Institute in Marine Microbiology. Educational qualifications also include a Master's degree in Marine Microbiology from the University of Bremen and a Master's degree in Natural Sciences from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.
