Niki Hinckle currently serves as Senior Vice President for the West Region at WellSpan Health since April 2020, having previously held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Vice President of Service Line Development & Diagnostic Services and Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining WellSpan Health, Niki Hinckle accumulated over two decades of experience at Summit Health, where notable titles included Senior Vice President of Physician Services and Vice President of Physician Practices, overseeing the operations and strategic development of a multispecialty medical group. Niki Hinckle holds an MBA in Business and a BS in Accounting with a minor in Business, both from Frostburg State University.
