Jen Cram is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience in the healthcare and workforce sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at WellSense Health Plan since September 2021, Jen has previously held various leadership roles at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon from June 2008 to September 2021, including Operational Excellence Consultant II, Manager of Knowledge and Training, and Supervisor of Training, Documentation, and Quality Assurance. Other notable positions include Workforce Coordinator at Northwest Development Council and Volunteer/Training Coordinator at Child Saving Institute. Jen began a career in training with a leadership role at Oriental Trading Company, Inc. Call Center. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
