Jim Abraham, RN, BSN, is an experienced registered nurse with a current position as a Registered Nurse Case Manager at Michigan Medicine since April 2021, providing compassionate nursing care to patients in various settings. Prior to this role, Jim worked at WellsBrooke Home Health Care as a Registered Nurse since February 2018 and served as an RN Team Leader at Trinity Health Senior Communities from June 2017 to April 2021. Jim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science from Eastern Michigan University (2017-2019) and completed registered nursing studies at Washtenaw Community College (2013-2016).
