Yoshi Ieda is the current CEO at Wells Vehicle Electronics. Prior to this, they were a manager in the corporate planning department at NGK SPARK PLUG CO., LTD. from April 2015 to March 2017. Yoshi was also the VP Corporate Strategy and Administration at NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.), Inc. from April 2018 to March 2019, and the General Manager (OEM Engineering) at NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.), Inc. from January 2012 to March 2015.

Yoshi Ieda received their PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Yoshi also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Hokkaido University.
