Olutoyin Asubiojo, MBA, currently serves as the VP and Recruiting Manager for Commercial Banking and Wealth & Investment Management Early Careers at Wells Fargo, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes leading HBCU & HSI Partnerships, Events, & Invest Schools at Capital One and holding various roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. between 2016 and 2021, including Global Technology Diversity and Inclusion Tech Centers Lead and Senior Associate in Process Management. Olutoyin's career began in student leadership at Lincoln University, where significant contributions included serving as Student Government Association President and overseeing major initiatives and event planning. Olutoyin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Wilmington University.
