Nitin Pereira is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in agile transformation and product delivery. Currently serving as Head of Agile & Product Transformation at Wells Fargo, Nitin previously held pivotal roles at Fannie Mae, including Director of Technology for Enterprise Innovation, where a significant focus was on enhancing time-to-market and driving revenue through design thinking and agile methodologies. Nitin's career spans various technical roles, from Sr. Software Engineering Manager to Sr. Program Manager at Fannie Mae, with notable achievements in team leadership and process transformation. Earlier experiences include serving as CTO at iSquare Inc. and roles in DevOps and software configuration management. Nitin holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from Indiana University and a degree in Information Technology Management from Michigan State University.
