Jolee Wortham is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as Senior Counsel in the Commercial Workout Section of the Legal Department at Wells Fargo since December 2016, Jolee provides legal support related to workouts, bankruptcies, and collections. Prior roles include Counsel focusing on complex commercial transactions and Strategic Sourcing Consultant responsible for contract negotiations and supplier management. Jolee has also worked as a Complex Litigation Attorney at Brock & Scott PLLC, representing creditors in financial services litigation, and held various legal internships that provided foundational legal skills. Jolee holds a Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology from Winthrop University. Additionally, Jolee served as Vice Chairperson for the Supervisory Committee at Sharonview Federal Credit Union, enhancing oversight and policy review.
