Harsh Singhal currently serves as the Head of Enterprise NLP and Innovation Data Science at Wells Fargo, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Harsh was Senior Director of AI Solutions for Financial Services at C3 AI from July 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience at Wells Fargo, from August 2018 to July 2022, included roles as Head of Decision Science and AI Validation, where responsibilities involved setting standards for model development and leading a team for model validation across various applications. Harsh's earlier career at Bank of America spanned a decade, where roles included Director of Sr. Quantitative Finance Manager and Director of Quantitative Finance Manager, focusing on commercial risk rating and factor models. An extensive academic background includes a PhD in Statistics from the University of Michigan and dual degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
