Gillian Hu, Ph.D., currently serves as Vice President of Performance & Behavior Analytics at Wells Fargo since 2017. Previously, Gillian held the position of Assistant Vice President of Insights & Analytics at MetLife, where expertise in research and analytics developed core competencies for collaboration across strategy, innovation, product management, and marketing. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Strategic Consultant for various clients from 2009 to 2015, focusing on consumer research and product management, and working at Sony Corporation from 2003 to 2009, where significant growth was achieved in the Sony Card and Rewards program. Additionally, Gillian was a Manager of Marketing Intelligence at IBM, delivering results in database marketing and market research. Academically, Gillian holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from National Chengchi University.
