Kamal S. currently serves as the Consumer & Shopper Insights Lead at Wells Enterprises, overseeing insights for the Blue Bunny and Bomb Pop brands while collaborating with category management for the Grocery and Mass channel. Previously at The Hershey Company, Kamal held roles as Senior Manager for Consumer Insights, Shopper Insights, and Manager of Shopper Insights, where efforts included delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership and leading shopper insights for the grocery channel. Additional experience includes leading customer insights for Amazon, managing research activities at Sobeys, and serving as Vice Chair and Board Member for the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association. Kamal holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the Schulich School of Business and has a strong educational background in management and engineering.
