Cole Gebhardt is an experienced Maintenance Manager currently at Wells Enterprises since September 2019 and serves as an Engineering Supervisor at Unilever since March 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing inventory plans, managing budgets, and leading a wastewater treatment team. Previously, Cole held the role of Maintenance Manager at Coca-Cola Refreshments, developing a substantial maintenance budget and enhancing operational efficiencies through Total Productive Manufacturing initiatives. Additional experience includes managing maintenance departments at Coca-Cola and serving in the Army National Guard as a Squad Leader.
