Sr. Director Ehs, Food Safety, Quality, And Sustainability at Wells Enterprises

Andrew Siebenborn serves as the Senior Director of EHS, Food Safety, Quality, and Sustainability at Wells Enterprises since September 2019, directly reporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. In this role, Andrew partners with business leaders to promote the health and safety of people, communities, and business operations. Prior to this, Andrew successfully led the startup of a purchased ice cream factory and managed a factory during a significant transition involving closure and acquisition. Andrew's extensive experience at Unilever from May 2000 to September 2019 includes various leadership positions, such as Factory Director, Supply Chain Director, and North America Quality Director. Key accomplishments include overseeing quality and regulatory compliance for significant ice cream brands and managing a quality strategy across 19 factories in 8 countries. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Business from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
