Matthew Foote, P.E. is an experienced Design Engineer at Wells since June 2018, with previous experience as a Co-op Field Technician at CGC, Inc. from May 2017 to May 2018. In the role at CGC, Inc., Matthew Foote contributed to various construction projects by providing testing services for concrete structures, site fills, asphalt pavement, and conducting lab work.
