Deleca Reynolds-Barnes has a strong background in pharmacy, with significant experience in leadership roles. Deleca most recently served as Vice President, Pharmacy at Wellpath starting in December 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director (Pharmacist in Charge) at Carezone Pharmacy, LLC from September 2016 to November 2018. Deleca's earlier experience includes serving as VP, Correctional Pharmacy at Maxor Correctional Pharmacy Services from August 2004 to August 2016. In this role, they focused on the implementation of clinical pharmacy programs that emphasized cost-effective utilization of pharmaceuticals. Deleca has a proven track record in delivering high-quality pharmacy services and has worked with a wide range of patient populations.
Deleca Reynolds-Barnes completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree at the College of Pharmacy, University of TN Health Sciences Center from 1989 to 1993. Following that, they pursued Pharmacy Practice and Pharmacy Practice Management Residencies at the University of Cincinnati Hospital from 1993 to 1995. Deleca also holds a certification as a Certified Correctional Health Professional from the National Commission on Correctional Health Care.
