Mishaal Ismail has extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly in account management and credentialing. Currently serving as a Regional Account Executive at Wellpartner, Inc. since July 2015, Mishaal has held various positions including Senior Account Manager and Implementation Specialist. Prior experience includes a role at Tenet Florida Physician Services as a Managed Care/Credentialing Coordinator, where Mishaal coordinated the credentialing of healthcare providers and managed insurance agreements. Project experience includes achieving NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home certification and developing physician onboarding templates. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Nova Southeastern University.
