Previous experience includes a managerial role at Beatnic, emphasizing customer service and staff development, and a position as Chef Manager at The Flatiron Room with extensive responsibilities in menu management and staff training. Camillia has also held positions at renowned establishments such as Le Cirque and Hyatt Regency, gaining diverse culinary skills and hands-on experience in various kitchen operations. Camillia holds multiple certifications, including a Dietary Manager certificate from LaGuardia Community College, a Plant-Based Nutrition certificate from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
