Sanket Lad currently serves as the Head of Talent Attraction at Wellness Forever Medicare Limited since October 2023. Prior to this role, Sanket was the Head of HR at Adopt NetTech from May 2020 to May 2022, overseeing the HR function for the ACF group of companies. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Piramal Group from December 2009 to April 2020, progressing from Zonal HR to Senior Manager - HR, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and HR business partnership for various sectors. Sanket began a career in human resources at Mission Biofuels India Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive, followed by a role as an HR Recruiter at XPLORE Consultancy. Sanket holds an Executive Post Graduate Program in HRM from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a B.Sc. in Statistics from RAMNIRANJAN JHUNJHUNWALA COLLEGE.
