Nelmarie Monge Nazario is an experienced HR professional currently serving as People Business Partner for Optum Global Advantage in Puerto Rico since April 2024, where responsibility includes supporting over 2,500 employees and driving business growth. Nelmarie also founded and leads OptaTalent, a strategic HR consulting firm focused on talent excellence and digital transformation. Previously, Nelmarie held various leadership roles at Chubb from November 2014 to January 2024, including VP of Talent Acquisition and Regional HR Senior Director for Latin America, overseeing recruitment strategies and HR operations. Prior experience includes roles in Cardinal Health from April 2007 to November 2014, where Nelmarie managed sales operations and HR business partnerships. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
