Gajendra Ghoderao began their work experience in 2016 at Akbar Travels of India Pvt Ltd, where they held the role of Management Information Systems from April 2016 to October 2018. Gajendra then moved on to Wellness Forever Medicare Private Limited in October 2018, continuing their work in Management Information Systems. In 2020, Gajendra took on the role of Deputy Manager at Grab (Grab a Grub Services Pvt. Ltd), where they are currently employed.

Gajendra Ghoderao has obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Mumbai.
