Guillaume Rostain began their education in 1998 at Université Paris-Sorbonne, where they obtained a Licence degree in Cinema. Following this, from 2019 to 2020, they attended CFA Aix en Provence to pursue a degree in CAP boulangerie, specializing in Arts boulangers et pâtissiers as a boulanger and chef pâtissier. Currently, since 2022, Guillaume is enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu New Zealand, pursuing a Diplome de cuisine in Arts culinaires / formation de chef cuisinier.
