Catherine (Kate) Jennings has over a decade of experience in emergency medical service management, currently serving as the Head of Clinical Communications at Wellington Free Ambulance since May 2016, where leadership focuses on the Clinical Communications Centre and ensuring fair access to pre-hospital emergency care. Prior roles include Executive Director for Communications and Patient Transfer and Service Delivery Manager for Central Operations at Wellington Free Ambulance, along with positions at East Of England Ambulance Trust as Duty Emergency Operations Centre Manager and London Ambulance Service as Operations Centre Manager. Catherine's career began at The London Ambulance Service NHS Trust as Staff Officer to the Assistant Director of Operations. Catherine is also an alumnus of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
