Lucas Ferreira has extensive experience in risk management and customer support, currently serving as a Supervisor in Fraud Prevention & Chargeback and previously as a Tech Lead for Fraud Prevention at Gympass since July 2021. Responsibilities include data analysis to guide decision-making and effectively managing conflict situations. Lucas has also held a position as a Risk Analyst focusing on account security and represented risk in social media. Prior to Gympass, Lucas worked in back-office roles at Credit Cash - Oficial from May 2018 to August 2020. Lucas's education includes a CST in System Analysis and Development from Senac Brasil and ongoing studies in Database at Impacta Tecnologia.
