Hayden Milligan, MBA, SHRM-CP, serves as the Chief People Officer at WellHaven Pet Health since May 2024, following a brief tenure in the same role at Geode Health from January to April 2024. Previously, Hayden held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at VetCor from September 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading Human Capital Management initiatives related to diversity, equity, inclusion, culture, engagement, retention, learning and development, and compensation. Additionally, Hayden's extensive experience includes roles such as Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Director at People, Pets & Vets, overseeing key HR programs and employee relations from June 2014 to November 2022.
