Nora Wilkins has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Nora began their career at Fontbonne Academy in 2003 as a Science Teacher, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Wellesley Public Schools as a Science Teacher and held this position until 2008. Nora then took on the role of Interim Assistant Principal from 2011 to 2012. Nora went on to serve as a Biology and Chemistry Teacher from 2008 to 2014. Nora's most recent roles at Wellesley Public Schools include being the Department Head of Science and Technology Engineering since 2014 and the Principal of the WPS K-12 Remote Learning School from 2020 to 2021.
Nora Wilkins pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences at Wellesley College from 1998 to 2002. Nora then furthered their studies at Boston College, where they obtained a Master of Science in Teaching (M.S.T.) in Science Teaching from 2004 to 2006. Continuing their educational journey, Nora pursued a degree in Educational Administration, earning a Certificate of Advanced Education Studies (C.A.E.S) from Boston College between 2008 and 2010.
