Carl Jeffery has over 16 years of experience in pharmacy management and clinical operations. Currently serving as Director of PBM Clinical Operations at WellDyne since June 2021, Carl previously held the position of Senior Manager for Account Management at UnitedHealth Group from July 2011 to June 2021. Earlier in their career, Carl managed clinical operations for PharMerica, overseeing a team of 29 consultants across 9 pharmacies in 7 states, impacting nearly 15,000 patients. Additionally, Carl served as General Manager, where responsibilities included managing daily operations for a long-term care pharmacy in Eastern Idaho and Central Utah. Carl obtained a Pharm.D. in Pharmacy from Idaho State University in 2000 and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency in Ambulatory Care at the same institution from 2000 to 2001.
