Shante Frazier has an extensive work experience, beginning in 2012 when they were an Upward Bound Mentor at Stark State College of Technology. In the same year, they also joined the Army National Guard as an Intelligence Officer. In 2013, they joined Progressive Insurance as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst and Pricing Analyst. In 2016, they became an MBA Candidate at NYU Stern School of Business. During this time, they also interned at Soko Glam as a Business Development Intern and at Amazon as a Summer Intern in the Retail Leadership Development Program. In 2018, they joined PwC as a Senior Associate. In 2021, they joined Wayfair as a Senior Manager of B2B Vertical Merchandising and founded WellCapped.

Shante Frazier obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Spelman College in 2012, after attending GlenOak High School from 2004 to 2008. Shante then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business in 2018. In 2019, they obtained a Digital Acumen certification from PwC and in 2021 they obtained a Strategic Planning Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
