Sara Goodwin has a comprehensive background in human resources, with experience spanning over 20 years. Sara currently holds the position of Human Resource Director at WellBe Senior Medical since June 2023, where they provide strategic HR consultation and facilitates training programs. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at WT Group from 2019 to 2023. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Concerto Renal Services. Before that, they held the same role at Transitions Hospice from 2015 to 2017, overseeing a wide range of HR responsibilities. Sara began their career at Advocate Sherman Hospital, where they initially worked as a Lead Payroll Specialist from 1997 to 2000 and later transitioned to the role of Professional Recruiter until 2006. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as employee engagement, talent management, compensation, compliance, and policy development.
