Andrew Boardman has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Currently, they are the Director of Engineering at Well, where they lead a team of over 30 engineers in creating the Well experience, including mobile apps, backend systems, and data science pipelines. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of the Haskell Foundation, where they raised significant funding and facilitated collaboration among multiple open source projects. Andrew also worked as an Engineering Manager at SimSpace Corporation, overseeing a team of engineers and contributing to software architecture decisions. Before that, they were self-employed as a Business and Software Consultant and a Founding Partner at Fractalis. Andrew has experience in the financial sector as well, having worked as the CTO of Causation Labs LLC, a registered investment advisory firm. Andrew has also been involved in tech startups, serving as the CTO and Co-Founder of LearnVC.com, Inc., and providing product development and software development consulting for companies like Atlas Accelerator, Excell Data, and TalentSpring, Inc. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in various programming languages and technologies, including JavaScript, TypeScript, Elm, Haskell, React, and C#.

Andrew Boardman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Economics from Colorado State University from 1992 to 1995.
