Tosin Ajibola has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Welkom-U Inc., where they focus on improving the experience of immigrants to Canada and enhancing the socio-economic growth and innovation in businesses through technology. Previously, Tosin worked at Atlantic Growth Solutions as a Business Development Manager, delivering targeted B2B services to drive sales growth for customers. Tosin also held positions as a Member of the Board of Directors at Fredericton Chamber of Commerce and Venn Innovation. Tosin has experience in investment attraction at Opportunities NB and worked as a Business Development Manager at Missing Link Technologies Ltd and FICO, a leading analytics software company. Tosin was also involved in the social impact stream cohort at The DMZ. Prior to that, Tosin worked as an Information Technology Project Manager and Operational Excellence Lead at AppZone Group, where they executed project life cycles and ensured successful project completion.
Tosin Ajibola began their education in 2012 at Babcock University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2016, they pursued further education in the field of Technology Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of New Brunswick. They enrolled in the Master of Engineering program and completed their studies in 2020. In 2018, Tosin also attended the Harry Baker Training Institute to obtain a PMP Global certification in Project Management.
