Randy Rousseau is currently a Shift Supervisor at Welded Tube Canada Energy Division, a position held since March 2018. With a career at Welded Tube of Canada that began in February 2011, Randy advanced from Process Technician to Maintenance Mechanic (unlicensed), focusing on diagnosing and repairing various technical and mechanical issues in the heat treat department. Prior experience includes serving as an Operator at Resolute Forest Products from 2005 to 2009. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Brock University.
