Michael C. Camuñez has a long history of work experience in the international marketplace. Michael C. began their career in 2011 when they were appointed as a Commissioner for the U.S. Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe. From 2013 to 2017, they served as President & CEO of ManattJones Global Strategies LLC, a strategic consulting firm focused on Mexico and Latin America. In 2017, they became President & CEO and Co-Founder of Monarch Global Strategies LLC, a binational strategic consulting firm. In 2018, they were appointed as a Trustee of The David and Lucile Packard Foundation. Michael C. also accepted a role as an Independent Director at Edison International in 2017. In 2019, they became a Member Board Of Trustees at Stanford University and an Independent Director at Capital Group. In 2020, they accepted a role as a Venture Partner at RIDGE-LANE Limited Partners and an Independent Director at Amplify. Finally, in 2021, they accepted a role as an Independent Director at Welcome Tech.
Michael C. Camuñez received their J.D. from Stanford Law School between 1995 and 1998. Michael C. was then admitted to practice law in California in July 1998. Prior to that, they obtained their A.B. in Government (Political Science) from Harvard University between 1987 and 1991.
